T-Mobile is seeking a Business Account Expert to acquire new business customers and manage existing accounts. This role involves full-cycle sales, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution recommendation, negotiation, and closing deals, primarily over the phone. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and self-motivation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in sales, customer service, or retention is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage in daily customer communication and follow-up using various tools to complete outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, and online meetings/appointments.
  2. Understand customer needs, key contacts, and potential business opportunities.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying to presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  4. Attend all required product and service training to gain in-depth knowledge of T-Mobile for Business products and services.
  5. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Nice to have

  • 2 years inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position.
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales and/or retention.
