Account Expert, Business - Denver

This role supports business growth by marketing wireless voice and data products to existing and new customers, managing accounts through solutions-based selling to analyze customer needs and identify sales opportunities. The role requires acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. Success is measured by account growth, customer acquisition, and achievement of sales targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage in daily customer communication to complete outbound and inbound calls, emails, and online meetings for account management
  2. Conduct research to understand customer needs and identify potential business opportunities for tailored product messaging
  3. Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal and order finalization to secure new and expanded accounts
  4. Participate in required product and service training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless offerings
  5. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Self-Motivation Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Teamwork Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Technology Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Nice to have

  • 2 years inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position.
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales and/or retention.
