Account Expert, Ent & Str Virtual Business

This role is focused on acquiring new enterprise business customers by prospecting, conducting discovery, promoting products/services, and managing the sales process. It involves business verification, credit underwriting, customer protection reviews, and collaboration with fraud teams. Success is measured by meeting sales quotas and expanding the customer base.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage in daily customer communication and follow-up to generate and qualify new business opportunities
  2. Conduct research to understand customer needs and tailor product and service messaging accordingly
  3. Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal development to order finalization
  4. Complete required training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
  5. Manage business verification, credit underwriting, customer protection, and collaborate with fraud teams to ensure compliance

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2-4 years - Inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position
  • Less than 2 years - Customer service, sales and/or retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
