What you'd actually do

  1. Lead & coach our local team: Manage a team of Account Managers. You will be responsible for their professional development, performance tracking, and daily guidance to ensure they hit their objectives.
  2. Strategic oversight: Own the business performance of the Rhône-Alpes Hub. Define local priorities, set clear roadmaps, and ensure your team is focused on the high-impact actions that fuel Uber Eats' growth.
  3. High-stakes negotiations: Support your AMs in complex negotiations with top-tier restaurant partners and local icons.
  4. Data analysis: Uber wouldn't be Uber without all of our data! You will autonomously create analyses and dashboards and help your team "crunch the numbers" to identify gaps and opportunities.
  5. Stakeholder management: Act as the local ambassador for the Rhône-Alpes hub. Work closely with the central teams in Paris to align local initiatives with the national strategy.
