Account Manager for Uber Eats, responsible for managing a portfolio of restaurant partners, identifying growth opportunities, building relationships, and resolving operational issues to ensure their success on the platform.

  2. Identify and implement growth opportunities through marketing products and strategic initiatives
  3. Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners and ensure outstanding customer experiences
  4. Resolve complex operational issues in collaboration with internal teams
  5. Bring local market insights to shape strategy and improve restaurant engagement
  6. Represent the Uber Eats brand and mission in every interaction with partners

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of prove experience in account management, partner success, or a related commercial role
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and comfort making data-informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Nice to have

  • Experience working in food, tech, or e-commerce industries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite
  • Comfort with SQL or willingness to learn new analytical tools
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skill.
