What you'd actually do

  1. Builds and maintains strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
  2. Analyzes campaign data to exceed client expectations regarding delivery and performance
  3. Identifies growth opportunities, develops and implements strategies to achieve growth
  4. Integrates new advertisers into our platform, and resolves technical and campaign-related issues as they arise

Skills

Required

  • B.A/BSc analytical degree
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or in a similar client facing role
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and building long term partnerships
  • Ability to analyze data to generate insights and translate into actionable outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Full professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in excel and data management
  • Background in AdTech, SaaS, or digital marketing
