What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the growth strategy for a portfolio of complex Pan-EU vendor accounts. Develop and own strategic, customer-centric Vendor Growth Plans (VGPs) and contribute to Joint Business Planning (JBP), using data-driven insights to set priorities and create solutions for both end customers and vendor partners
  2. Lead Pan-EU supply-chain strategy, driving cost reduction, defect elimination, and operational improvements at scale across your portfolio
  3. Define and execute marketing strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and brand growth. Partner with Amazon Advertising and vendor teams to deliver measurable customer and business impact
  4. Drive strategic selection expansion and product lifecycle management. Identify market gaps, lead new product launches, and ensure the end-customer experience meets the highest bar
  5. Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with internal teams (Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing), and translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform both short-term actions and long-term planning
