This is an Account Manager role focused on customer retention and growth within a data security company. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end renewals process, ensuring timely closure and high retention rates
  2. Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers and champions across your accounts
  3. Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
  4. Leverage CRM and reporting tools to surface insights and risks, enabling proactive customer engagement
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Operations, and Customer Success to drive seamless renewal cycles
