What you'd actually do

  1. Be the primary point of contact for ~70 brands, you are the face of Uber to these merchants
  2. Analyse and leverage data to provide tailored recommendations and insights on how they can scale their business on the platform
  3. Drive adoption of our ads and offers marketing tools within your portfolio
  4. Work with XFN partners to share information on key initaitives/programs that your customers can benefit from

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 2 years prior account management experience
  • commercial targets
  • solely responsible for the success of a customer portfolio
  • Able to analyse data
  • draw insights and conclusions
  • clearly message back recommendations and actions to your customer based on their interests/business

Nice to have

  • Experience working within the restaurant/hospitality industry
  • Experience in an account management or sales role using a CRM
