What you'd actually do

  1. Drive continued growth within the premium segment by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing customer partnerships, and promoting value-based solutions that increase adoption and share of wallet.
  2. Own and manage the full sales process across both premium and monofocal cataract lenses, from initial customer engagement through proposals, planning, training, and ongoing support.
  3. Build, develop, and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  4. Take full accountability for the commercial performance of the assigned product portfolio, including analyzing results, drawing conclusions, and taking appropriate actions.
  5. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve budget and growth targets.
