Netflix is seeking an Account Manager for their growing Netflix Ads team in Berlin, Germany. This role will focus on leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow, acting as a strategic partner to Sales Partners. Responsibilities include managing RFP responses, media plan generation, campaign execution, monitoring delivery performance, client service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales Planning in digital media, with a focus on video advertising, fluency in German and English, and experience with sales operation systems and digital media sales. Familiarity with advertising research and verification vendors is also preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with aligned Sales Partners to understand client goals and objectives in order to deliver excellent customer service
  2. Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
  3. Proactively identify and recommend in-flight upsell and cross-sell opportunities to clients based on campaign performance and evolving client objectives
  4. Host weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Sales Partners to align on upcoming launches and active campaign performance
  5. Provide clients with necessary campaign performance including post-campaign wrap reports

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertising
  • Fluency in German and English to a business level is required
  • Experience working in Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers)
  • Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP advertising
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the ability to make data digestible for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects or requests concurrently

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors like Nielsen, ComScore, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.
