Uber Retail commercial team is looking for an Account Manager to provide a magical experience to our customers including operational excellence, visibility and good strategy to grow together throughout the year. The Account Manager role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your relationship management and sales skills. Account Managers are critical to retaining our highest value accounts, ensuring new partners are successful on our platform, and consulting partners that have the potential to grow.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the commercial relationship of retail categories within Uber Eats, through annual JBP, executing the commercial strategy of multiple merchants through weekly, monthly and quarterly Business Reviews
  2. Work closely with catalog and operations teams to ensure the best experience for consumers.
  3. Make plans to improve indicators, as well as promotional plans according to the category and specialty store.
  4. Offer solutions to our merchants by showcasing Ads and Direct benefits
  5. Oversee financial tasks such as invoicing and overdue portfolio.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, trade marketing, or commercial roles, preferably within retail, mass consumption (FMCG), or marketplace environments.
  • Native Spanish proficiency and fluent English are required
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities, understand client needs, and translate them into strategic, results-driven solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across internal and external teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Legal, and customer teams).
  • Data-driven and highly analytical mindset, capable of identifying, quantifying, and executing growth opportunities through market analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Excel, and/or Google Sheets, with curiosity and interest in reporting, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and executing with speed and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced and agile environments.
  • Self-starter with a high sense of ownership, resilience, autonomy, and motivation to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Collaborative team player who brings positive energy, thrives in cross-functional environments, and contributes to a strong team culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
