  4. Negotiate contracts directly with clients and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  5. Support presentation development and provide marketing material for external facing roles with the client.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Economics, Management, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
  • Negotiating B2B SaaS contracts with healthcare organizations, including pricing models, license terms, and implementation timelines
  • Creating business cases for healthcare technology solutions, including analysis of operational impact, cost savings, patient engagement outcomes, and implementation feasibility
  • Managing customer relationships using CRM platforms, including Salesforce
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data using tools such as Excel, SQL, and R
