Netflix is hiring an Account Manager for their Ads team in Japan. This role is responsible for end-to-end advertising campaign execution, from confirmation through post-campaign reporting, ensuring seamless operations and high client service standards. The Account Manager will partner with Sales Partners, agencies, and advertisers to manage campaigns, monitor performance, and support revenue growth. Success requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Sales Partners to manage advertiser and agency campaigns while supporting revenue growth across accounts
  2. Conduct end-to-end campaign execution, coordinating activities from campaign confirmation through launch, delivery, and completion
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign-related communication with agencies and advertisers
  4. Track campaign progress and ensure campaigns launch and deliver according to agreed timelines and objectives
  5. Monitor campaign delivery and performance, providing regular reporting and updates to both clients and internal stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • Experience managing advertising campaigns and working with agencies and brand advertisers
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising campaign workflows and media buying models
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across clients, agencies, and internal teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and communicate key insights
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with teams such as Ad Operations, Measurement, Creative, Finance, and Policy
  • Ability to navigate campaign challenges and support solutions in a fast-moving environment
  • Fluency in Japanese and the ability to communicate effectively in English for internal collaboration

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with campaign reporting and measurement solutions such as Macromill,Nielsen, Kantar is a plus
  • Interest in entertainment and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and evolving advertising business
