Uber is hiring an Account Manager Lead for their SMB segment in Santiago, Chile. This role focuses on post-sales management, leading a team to increase customer retention and drive business growth for restaurant partners on the Uber Eats platform. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, achieving revenue targets, upselling new features, and acting as a customer advocate.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team which will lead post-deal partner management for a high value and high potential portfolio of restaurant partners
  2. Make you team owner of partner relationships to yield tangible metrics outcomes.
  3. Achieve revenue growth targets for your team, upsell new product features and ensure retention by driving mutual business value
  4. Be the voice of the customer to our team members - translate their needs and advocate on their behalf
  5. Understand the industry landscape and ensure we have positive relationships throughout our restaurant partner organizations

Skills

Required

  • +3 years experience, ideally in a commercial function with manager skills
  • manager skills ensuring a high performance team
  • previous customer-facing experience and have been accountable for achieving business targets or delivering a quota
  • Confident in making data-led decisions and using sound business judgment
  • Great project manager who can develop detailed joint business plans with our restaurant partners and consistently deliver above expectations
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude

  • Highly autonomous - able to work with minimal oversight
  • Manage a team of 4 people
