Account Manager responsible for owning the full commercial relationship and customer success for a book of 100-200 corporate accounts. The role involves ensuring customers derive value, expanding into new products, and driving renewals. It requires building systems and playbooks for scaled motions, advising customers on product usage (agent design, voice customization, etc.), and using data to identify friction and opportunities. Success is measured by Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and cross-sell performance.

What you'd actually do

  1. You will own the full commercial relationship and customer’s success across a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts
  2. Your job is to make sure every one of them is getting real value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction.
  3. you'll build the systems, playbooks, and scaled motions that let you drive meaningful outcomes across a diverse book.
  4. On the ground, you'll be in the product with customers - advising on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and using data and logs to spot friction before customers do.
  5. You own NRR across your managed book of business, you drive cross-sell into ElevenLabs’ expanding product suite, and you lead renewals end to end.

Skills

Required

  • Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products
  • Quota, renewals, cross-sell, and the full expansion motion
  • Systems mindset for managing a high-volume book of business
  • Technical conversation with a developer or engineering team
  • Using product usage data to stay ahead of accounts
  • Strong communicator

Nice to have

  • Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space
