Account Manager Oncology

Account Manager for Oncology in Belgium, responsible for building customer relationships, managing sales, and driving product sales growth within an assigned territory. Requires healthcare industry experience and sales/account management experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and KSLs, through individual visits, sales meetings, promotional lectures and participation in congresses and educational events
  2. Ensure tailored account management for your assigned territory by identifying high potential accounts, identifying KSLs and do relevant SL mapping, understanding the patient journey and know how each key stakeholder is involved and influences treatment decisions per account
  3. Engage in balanced product sales discussions with HCPs to align customer and business needs in accordance with business prioritization and marketing strategies
  4. Work closely together with accounts in your region to identify collaborative opportunities with hospitals in your region
  5. Identify drivers and barriers in your territory and pro-actively share relevant feedback with the brand and customer managers and franchise leads, to ensure an optimal understanding of the market and to drive the marketing and sales strategy
