What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners to retain and grow a book of business of SMB accounts on the Uber Eats platform
  2. Establish and proactively maintain communication channels with merchant (restaurant) partners via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
  3. Identifying new sales opportunities through product adoption and location expansion and upselling merchants on marketing products (ads, promotions, etc)
  4. Track merchant KPIs and OKRs to understand their success, issues, or opportunities and conduct regular business reviews
  5. Identify key risks for our partnerships and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our partners to ensure 100% account retention
