This role is for an Account Manager in Meta's Small and Medium Business Group (SMBG) focused on AI-driven sales. The individual will leverage Meta's AI capabilities to identify opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and help businesses grow. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, using data insights and AI for recommendations, educating clients on products, and driving sales processes. The role requires significant sales experience, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and demonstrate responsible AI practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, achieving and meeting sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  2. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and create targeted business strategies, through customer strategic planning, operational rigor and sales acumen
  3. Responsible for harnessing data insights to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging the power of AI and automation to deliver tailored client recommendations, and adoption of Meta's products
  4. Educate clients on product solutions and best practices to drive the adoption of Meta's proven value solutions, thereby enhancing and growing existing business partnerships
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with client objectives
