What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a portfolio of roughly 150 existing customer accounts, with a strong focus on retention and growth.
  2. Use referrals and existing relationships to uncover new opportunities within our valued client base.
  3. Deliver engaging online product demos that educate, inspire, and convert.
  4. Build accurate forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce and Clari.
  5. Work collaboratively within a dynamic team to progress and close deals over the phone.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in a closing role, with consistent quota attainment.
  • The ability to deliver a compelling message that resonates at all levels.
  • Experience in both transactional and solution-led selling, with confidence across the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, alongside strong organisational abilities.
  • High energy, a proactive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Strong qualification skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the business intelligence market is an advantage.
  • Sales and lead development training is preferred.
