Uber Eats is seeking an Account Manager for its SMB team in Austria. The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with restaurant partners, driving business growth through product adoption and identifying new revenue streams. Responsibilities include retaining clients, identifying risks, synthesizing partner feedback, and building strong relationships to make Uber Eats the preferred delivery platform. What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners to retain and grow a book of business of SMB accounts on the Uber Eats platform
  2. Drive business growth within your portfolio by increasing product adoption, expanding to new locations, and uncovering new revenue opportunities
  3. Identify key risks to our partnerships, and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our partners and to ensure 100% account retention
  4. Collect and synthesize restaurant partner feedback into insights that can inform and drive the product and business roadmap
  5. Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for our restaurant partners

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in German and English
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, Partnership Management, Marketing or similar
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience navigating the customer lifecycle including prospecting new contacts within an existing client organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment

  • Willingness to hustle, roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners in order to hit quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and adoption targets
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound commercial judgment
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize based on impact
  • CRM experience (Salesforce experience a plus)
