What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a portfolio of restaurants across different geos in the UK and be responsible for its growth and profitability.
  2. Lead commercial discussions with merchants to build sustainable long-term partnerships.
  3. Develop strategies in conjunction with your partners to help grow their businesses (e.g. effective marketing plans, menu optimisations, operational improvements etc.)
  4. Establish and proactively maintain communication channels with merchant partners
  5. Drive forward operational improvement with your partners to ensure that together we are delivering the best experience to Uber Eats users and couriers - whether that’s making sure they received what they ordered, or they’re receiving it when they expect it.
