Account Manager for Weights & Biases (W&B) focused on owning the commercial and relationship aspects of the post-sales journey for Digital Native and Enterprise customers. The role drives renewals, identifies and closes upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensures customers achieve adoption outcomes. It requires partnering with Field Engineering, managing commercial motions, maintaining account plans, and forecasting. What you'd actually do

  1. Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across your assigned accounts.
  2. Build and maintain detailed account plans including account maps, whitespace, usage trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  3. Generate growth pipeline by identifying new use cases, teams, and product opportunities within existing accounts.
