Uber Eats is hiring an Account Manager for their Center of Germany team in Berlin. The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with SMB restaurant partners, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, mitigating risks, and ensuring account retention. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, fluency in German and English, and strong relationship-building and strategic skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage 100-150 high-value partners to retain and grow their business, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities through product adoption and location expansion. You'll be also focusing strongly on negotiating exclusive deals.
  2. Proactively uncover opportunities to unlock additional revenue for both our partners and Uber Eats and visiting them onsite.
  3. Identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to provide a premier experience, aiming for 100% account retention.
  4. Synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights to help inform our product and business roadmap.
  5. Cultivate long-term partnerships to position Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts.

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in both German and English
  • 2+ years in B2B Sales, Account Management, or retail/food industry management
  • Skilled at navigating the customer lifecycle and building commitment with your stakeholders
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive partner growth
  • Results-oriented mindset with a dedication to hitting revenue and retention targets
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems
