What you'd actually do

  1. Manage 100-200 high-value partners to retain and grow their business, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities through product adoption and location expansion. You'll be also focusing strongly on negotiating exclusive deals.
  2. Identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to provide a premier experience, aiming for 100% account retention.
  3. Synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights to help inform our product and business roadmap.
  4. Cultivate long-term partnerships to position Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts.
  5. Develop long-term growth and marketing plans through regular business reviews and data-driven analysis.

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in both German and English
  • 2+ years in B2B Account Management, Sales, Operations - preferably in the food industry
  • Data-Driven Mindset
  • Skilled at navigating the customer lifecycle and building commitment with your stakeholders
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems
