Uber Eats is seeking an Account Manager in Cologne, Germany, to manage and grow relationships with SMB restaurant partners. The role involves strategic account growth, risk mitigation, partner advocacy, and account planning to drive revenue and retention on the Uber Eats platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage 150-200 high-value partners in Western Germany to retain and grow their business, identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities through product adoption and location expansion while focusing on negotiating exclusive deals with our partners.
  2. Proactively uncover and prioritize opportunities to unlock additional revenue for both our partners and Uber Eats.
  3. Identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to provide a premier experience, aiming for 100% account retention.
  4. Synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights to help inform our product and business roadmap.
  5. Develop long-term growth and marketing plans through regular business reviews and data-driven analysis.

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in German and English
  • 2+ years in B2B Sales, Account Management, or retail/food industry management
  • Relationship Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems
