Salesforce is seeking an Account Partner for the Financial Services industry in Tokyo, Japan. This role focuses on selling the company's AI CRM products and driving customer success through strategic sales leadership and building trusted advisor relationships with executive-level clients. The primary goal is to help customers achieve significant business value from their Salesforce investments, measured by bookings and year-over-year revenue growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Exceeding the growth rate and bookings of Salesforce products and services, and achieving the organization's goals for health and customer satisfaction as a regional leader.
  2. Leveraging industry expertise and business insights to understand customer motivations, business drivers, strategic goals and objectives, and desired business outcomes.
  3. Engaging with customers, particularly at the executive level, using a consultative sales approach to position Salesforce and yourself as a long-term trusted advisor.
  4. Creating a compelling vision and clearly communicating our transformative solutions to drive significant success and business value from customer investments in the Salesforce platform.
  5. Developing and managing territory plans and individualized account plans for each customer that align with the customer's business objectives to drive opportunities, achieve bookings, and achieve year-over-year growth in Salesforce revenue.
