This is a client-facing Account Partner role focused on managing and growing relationships with small-to-medium sized restaurant partners on the Uber Eats platform. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, recognizing revenue potential, mitigating risks, and synthesizing partner feedback to inform the product roadmap. It requires at least one year of experience in a B2B client-facing role and fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners to retain and grow a book of business of SMB accounts on the Uber Eats platform
  2. Identifying new sales opportunities through product adoption and location expansion
  3. Identify opportunities and recognize additional revenue potential
  4. Identify key risks to our partnerships, and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our partners and to ensure 100% account retention
  5. Collect and synthesize restaurant partner feedback into insights that can inform and drive the product and business roadmap
  6. Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for our restaurant partners

Skills

Required

  • B2B, client facing role
  • fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese (both speaking and writing)

  • Ability to think strategically and analyze restaurant needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve
  • Demonstrate time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize based on impact
  • CRM experience (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Google Suite Experience
