Uber Eats is seeking an Account Partner for its SMB division in Nashville, TN. This client-facing role focuses on retaining and growing a portfolio of restaurant partners by optimizing operations, providing consultative recommendations for business growth, and identifying upsell opportunities. Responsibilities include collaborating with partners, identifying new sales opportunities, recognizing revenue potential, mitigating risks, and synthesizing partner feedback to inform the product roadmap. The role requires at least one year of experience in a B2B, client-facing role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners to retain and grow a book of business of SMB accounts on the Uber Eats platform
  2. Identifying new sales opportunities through product adoption and location expansion
  3. Identify opportunities and recognize additional revenue potential
  4. Identify key risks to our partnerships, and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our partners and to ensure 100% account retention
  5. Collect and synthesize restaurant partner feedback into insights that can inform and drive the product and business roadmap
  6. Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for our restaurant partners
