This is an Account Partner role for Uber Eats focused on Small-to-Medium Sized Businesses (SMBs). The role involves managing a portfolio of restaurant partners, identifying upsell and revenue growth opportunities, and ensuring partner retention. It is a client-facing individual contributor position.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners to retain and grow a book of business of SMB accounts on the Uber Eats platform
  2. Identifying new sales opportunities through product adoption and location expansion
  3. Identify opportunities and recognize additional revenue potential
  4. Identify key risks to our partnerships, and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our partners and to ensure 100% account retention
  5. Collect and synthesize restaurant partner feedback into insights that can inform and drive the product and business roadmap
