This role focuses on post-sales management of enterprise restaurant partners to increase retention and drive business growth. The Account Partner will build and maintain strong relationships, identify upsell opportunities, act as the voice of the customer internally, and lead growth initiatives. Requires 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, with strong project management and communication skills. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own post-deal partner management for a high-value, high-potential portfolio of restaurant partners
  2. Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, product adoption, and retention
  3. Identify and execute upsell opportunities by recommending new product features that create mutual business value
  4. Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating partner needs into clear insights and advocating on their behalf
  5. Develop a strong understanding of the partner landscape and build relationships across partner organizations

Skills

Required

  • 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in account management, customer success, sales, or a similar commercial role
  • Confidence making data-driven decisions and applying sound business judgment
  • Strong project management skills, with experience building joint business plans and delivering consistent results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and stakeholder presence
  • A proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a proven track record of achieving business targets or quotas
