Account Representative for Biosurgery products in Sevilla, Spain. Responsible for promoting and selling the ETHICON Biosurgery portfolio, identifying new customers, supporting existing clients, implementing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role involves educating customers on product usage, providing technical and clinical information, and conducting training sessions. Requires a university degree in a natural or neuroscience field, proven sales track record, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in the medical devices sector.

What you'd actually do

  1. Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  2. Provide support to the surgical team during procedures.
  3. Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within accounts.
  4. Educate customers about Wound Closure and/or Biosurgery products to optimize effective usage by offering technical and clinical information, as well as in-service training.
  5. Prepare, plan, and conduct training sessions and product demonstrations in-house.

Skills

Required

  • University degree in a natural or neuroscience field (such as medicine, nursing, biology, pharmacy) or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build productive, professional business relationships.
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Effective relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Experience working in sales within the medical devices sector.

Nice to have

  • Experience in surgical specialties such as colorectal, hepatic, orthopedic, neurosurgery, or general surgery is a plus.
  • Experience working with highly complex technical systems and/or in a critical patient care setting.
