This role is for an Account Representative in MedTech Sales for Johnson & Johnson's Endomech & Energy portfolio in Catalonia, Spain. The primary responsibility is to drive sales results by promoting and communicating product benefits, identifying new customers, supporting existing clients, and implementing marketing strategies. The role requires achieving sales targets and business goals, using consultative selling, supporting surgical teams, educating customers on products, and preparing/delivering training and demonstrations. It involves maintaining client relationships, negotiating terms, monitoring competitor activity, and keeping detailed records. The position is eligible for sales incentives/commissions and requires 8 years of experience in medical device sales, with a preference for experience in specific surgical specialties.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for sales target achievement in geography of responsibility
  2. Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
  3. Support the surgical team during laparoscopic procedures
  4. Maintain a personal relationship with clients, negotiating prices, deadlines and other conditions with the client directly
  5. Educate customers on all Endomechanical and Energy products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings.
