Account Representative, Smb Outbound Sales

This role is for an experienced B2B Account Representative focused on acquiring new SMB and Mid-Market businesses for PayPal in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include driving demand generation, negotiating contracts, analyzing customer needs, and maintaining a sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive demand generation and qualification through cold calling, email outreach, and inbound lead response.
  2. Negotiate and close contracts, addressing legal, financial, and technical concerns effectively.
  3. Conduct thorough discovery to analyze customer needs and present pre-packaged solutions and use-cases.
  4. Maintain a rigorous pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular reporting on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
  5. Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and leverage customer insights to optimize offerings.

Required

  • 1+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
