Account Solution Engineer

Salesforce is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer for their Informatica team. This role involves providing technical sales partnership, performing technical discovery, delivering product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts, and making architectural recommendations to align Informatica's solutions with customer needs. The role requires experience in data integration, master data management, or data governance, along with presales/technical sales experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform all activities leading up to the delivery of a customer demo including discovery, technical qualification/fit, customer presentations, standard demos, and related customer facing communication
  2. Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  3. Manage customer engagements without support
  4. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to continuously improve Informatica’s products and marketing
  5. Share best practices, content, and tips and tricks within the primary area of responsibility
