Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer (Presales Consultant) to join their AI CRM sales team. The role involves collaborating with sales teams, understanding customer needs, developing and presenting customized solutions and demos, and acting as a trusted advisor to drive customer success. The position requires strong technical and sales skills, with a focus on digital transformation and enterprise software solutions. While the company heavily emphasizes AI, this role is in sales and customer-facing, not directly building AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
  2. Understand the customer’s needs, and establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves unique challenges
  3. Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutions
  4. Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, build and present customized demos of Salesforce products including solution concepts to key decision-makers to address their business issues and needs showing business value.
  5. Respond efficiently to RFPs

Skills

Required

  • Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies
  • Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success for an enterprise software solution organization
  • Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team to tackle problems in dynamic, energising environments
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Product knowledge and certifications
  • Understanding the business requirements of customers within multiple industries and being knowledgeable on industry-specific solutions
  • Spanish would be desirable
