Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer for their Enterprise Business in Korea. This role involves working closely with customers and prospects to understand their challenges and goals, building trusted relationships with executives, and developing custom solutions. The engineer will present Salesforce and partner solutions, coordinate the solution cycle, and deliver compelling presentations. A proven track record in developing and delivering custom solutions and presentations is required. Experience in Business Applications/SaaS Pre-sales or Post-sales roles, and a broad understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Data solutions are preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals
  2. Build trusted relationship with senior executives and key decision makers across Business and Technology
  3. Manage organisations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops
  4. To develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts & demonstration to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs aligned to business value
  5. Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with a broad range of supporting technical and business resources

Skills

Required

  • Business Applications/SaaS Pre-sales, or Post-sales roles
  • Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Data solutions
  • Business case/value engineering experience
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills and relationship skills

  • Translating/Presenting/Understanding the unique business requirements of customers within multiple industries
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment
