Uber Direct is seeking an Account Strategist in France to manage and grow relationships with Grocery Partners, focusing on operational and technical onboarding, business growth, and product/service improvements. This role requires strong account management, business acumen, and analytical skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Managing and growing key Grocery accounts through strong partnerships and joint business plans.
  2. Leading merchant onboarding, from technical integration to operational go-live.
  3. Monitoring performance, analyzing data, and driving business growth through actionable insights.
  4. Improving operations for merchants, couriers, and customers by identifying and implementing optimization opportunities.
  5. Promoting Uber Direct’s value proposition and expanding business within existing accounts.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Operations, Consulting, or a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong account management and client relationship skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with an interest in e-commerce and customer journeys.
  • Comfortable managing technical requirements and stakeholder discussions.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and data-driven (Google Sheets proficiency required).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in French and English.
