This role is a technology strategist and advisor for enterprise clients, focusing on driving business transformation through Microsoft solutions, including AI. The individual will leverage deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and industry trends to shape technology strategies, develop roadmaps, identify opportunities, and ensure customer success and adoption of Microsoft's innovation agenda. The role involves building executive relationships, leading technology engagements, and acting as a trusted advisor to guide customers on their digital transformation journey.

What you'd actually do

  1. Applies expertise (deep expertise across few accounts or broad expertise across many accounts) and thought leadership to identify and inform the development of the right Industry Sales Kits and industry partners within the customer's vertical industry
  2. Partner with senior business and technology leaders to understand strategic priorities and position Microsoft solutions to drive long-term business growth and transformation.
  3. Lead executive-level technology engagements and influence customer, partner, and Microsoft stakeholders to support business transformation initiatives.
  4. Develop and drive multi-year technology strategies and roadmaps that align customer business objectives with digital transformation goals.
  5. Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and digital transformation opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 6+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English for professional business communication.
  • Experience supporting the adoption of cloud, AI, security, or digital transformation solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 12+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in relevant customer industry.
  • 6+ years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
  • Experience working within enterprise customer environments and developing industry-specific business and technology strategies.
  • Ability to influence senior business and technical decision-makers and build trusted advisor relationships in complex enterprise environments.
