What you'd actually do

  1. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
  2. Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  3. Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
  4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  5. Process and verify expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance (internship experience will be considered).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
