Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Accounts Payable Accountant
(substitution contract) Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
- Process invoices from suppliers and reconcile vendor account balances in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, leading to successful long-term business relationships
- Combine process knowledge with proactive improvement initiatives
- Actively manage AP Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive actions to meet expected performance levels
- Support AP Seniors, AP Supervisor with ad-hoc tasks
Our requirements:
- Experience in the Accounts Payable area min.1 year
- Proficient in English
- Organizational skills with prioritization and multitasking capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Standardization and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working with SAP
Nice to have:
- MS Excel for business purposes
- Analytical skills
- Good command of German
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
