Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Accounts Payable Apprentice
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the Accounts Payable department in daily operational activities.
- Verifying invoices and ensuring accurate posting in line with company policies.
- Maintaining effective communication with internal and external business partners.
- Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of vendor accounts, including reconciliation and corrective actions.
- Managing VAT-related corrections and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Our requirements:
- You are a student - preferred majors: finance, economics.
- You know English on communicative level.
- You are fluent in MS Office programs and have analytical skills.
- You are responsible and not afraid of challenges.
- You are result-oriented, proactive, and initiative-driven.
- You are not afraid of working independently, but at the same time you are able to cooperate with others.
- The knowledge of German would be an asset.
