Acquisition Account Executive, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail & Energy

UiPath UiPath · Enterprise · TX · Remote · Sales

This role is for an Acquisition Account Executive focused on selling UiPath's AI-driven automation solutions to net-new enterprise customers in the consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, and energy sectors. The executive will manage the full sales cycle, build C-suite relationships, and position UiPath's "System of Action" which enables AI to take action within businesses, even in legacy systems. The role requires strong enterprise software sales experience, technical curiosity, and a track record of hitting quota.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and run a territory plan targeting Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, and energy that are not current UiPath customers. This is pure net-new, not win-back.
  2. Manage the entire sales motion from first outreach through close, and consistently hit or beat quota.
  3. Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and their teams, and know how to navigate a large organization to find the real decision-makers.
  4. Speak credibly to how UiPath helps enterprises move from AI experimentation to governed, production execution.
  5. Work with Regional and Global Systems Integrators to identify co-sell opportunities and land accounts that benefit from a partner-led approach.
