This is a call center role at Bank of America, focused on assisting clients with banking needs, identifying sales opportunities for credit and lending products, and building client relationships. What you'd actually do

  1. Works with clients to uncover needs for credit and short term lending while asking questions to uncover additional financial needs and recommending the best products, services, and solutions to meet those needs
  2. Responds to customer inquiries and concerns, creating customized solutions
  3. Sells and fulfills banking products including credit cards, lending needs, checking and savings accounts.
  4. Identifies client needs for licensed sales functions, making referrals to Line of Business partners
  5. Manages risk in every business, product, and service transaction leveraging available tools
  6. Creates positive client experience through active listening and addressing questions and concerns

Skills

Required

  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Ability to engage with clients and seek to understand their needs while actively sharing options using plain language, building rapport and handling objections
  • Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
  • Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes
  • Minimum of an intermediate level of proficiency with computers
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Nice to have
