Associate Director, HR Business Partner Manager at a fulfillment center, responsible for providing full-scope HR advice, mentorship, and support, leading the HR department, and managing HR functions including employee relations, benefits, compensation, engagement, and talent development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with FC LT to plan and implement strategies to ensure maximum TM engagement.
  2. Provide leadership and expertise for Human Resource (HR) functions including all aspects of; professional relations, hourly relations, employee benefits, compensation, employee involvement, practices, training, organizational change, and development and communications.
  3. Lead team responsible for performance management, employee engagement and talent development.
  4. Assist management staff in resolution of issues and concerns.
  5. Assists with training as needed by training team; owns orientation and onboarding.

Skills

Required

  • BA/BS required (Business Administration, Human Resources or related study preferred)
  • 5-7+ years in an HR partnership role ideally within a fulfillment or distribution center or fast-paced work environment
  • 2-3+ years’ experience leading a HR Team
  • Excellent written, verbal, public presentation /communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong employee relations background

Nice to have

  • Experience in a similar warehouse environment or a combination of education-training and experience will be considered
  • Proven track record of strategic partnerships which improve the HR experience
