  3. Ensure timely delivery of ADAS capabilities aligned with vehicle launch timelines and regulatory requirements.
  4. Partner with systems engineering and safety teams to ensure robust functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity compliance and regulatory compliance.
  5. Build strong relationships with engineering, product, engineering project managers, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

  • 10+ years of automotive experience
  • Proven experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in ADAS, autonomous driving, or automotive embedded systems.
  • Strong technical background in systems engineering, software development, and hardware integration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and guide leadership.

You will lead complex, cross-functional programs that span hardware, software, and systems integration, ensuring alignment with aggressive product timelines and strategic goals.

This is a portfolio-level role requiring domain knowledge in ADAS technologies, including perception, sensor fusion, path planning, and control systems. You will manage a diverse set of programs across multiple vehicle lines and platforms, ensuring consistent execution and delivery in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do...

  • Portfolio & Program Management

    • Program planning and execution across multiple vehicle programs and digital platforms, balancing resources, risks, and priorities.
    • Develop and maintain integrated schedules, dependency maps, and risk mitigation plans across ADAS feature sets.
    • Ensure timely delivery of ADAS capabilities aligned with vehicle launch timelines and regulatory requirements.
    • Partner with systems engineering and safety teams to ensure robust functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity compliance and regulatory compliance.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Build strong relationships with engineering, product, engineering project managers, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
    • Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to resolve technical and programmatic challenges.
    • Communicate program status, scorecards risks, and decisions clearly and effectively to executive leadership and technical teams.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement

    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program execution, quality, and velocity.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 10+ years of automotive experience
  • Proven experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in ADAS, autonomous driving, or automotive embedded systems.
  • Strong technical background in systems engineering, software development, and hardware integration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760.
