What you'd actually do

  4. Prepare, format, and distribute internal and external correspondence and presentations.
  5. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in line with data privacy and compliance standards.

Skills

Required

  • 6–8 years of relevant administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑based, professional environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
