What you'd actually do

  2. Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as guided by Senior Associate Administrative Services, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
  3. Deliver accurate, timely information aligned to policies and procedures
  4. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  5. Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, legal hold and or company’s ethical standards

  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Prior proven administrative and corporate environment experience
  • Experience supporting directors, managers and multiple stakeholders, with the ability to work effectively at all organisational levels and within high performing teams
  • Curious, with the willingness to question, find new ways of working and confidence to speak up
  • Effective cross functional teamwork capabilities and excellent collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail, coordination and organisation with excellent time management with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident using technology and standard office and communication equipment in an activity-based workplace, with intermediate to advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; experience with SAP and managing programme platforms
