This role is an Administration & Support Coordinator responsible for a wide range of administrative duties supporting a business division, including director-level support, project management, calendar and meeting management, travel, purchasing, report preparation, and expense reporting. It requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Office applications. The role is not directly involved in AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform general administrative duties of team admin
  2. Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
  3. Schedule meetings and book conference rooms using Outlook Calendar
  4. Schedule multi-site video conferences using online web tool
  5. Order catering using online web tool
