What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day office operations in New York
  2. Manage vendor relationships, facilities, supplies, and office services to ensure a well-functioning workspace
  3. Coordinate with building management on maintenance, security, and space needs
  4. Own office orientation for new NYC hires
  5. Proactively identify and resolve operational issues before they become disruptions
